I hereby give my full consent to Crossroads Community Church of Shamong, NJ to record my participation in any programs or events associated with any Crossroads event. Further, I hereby transfer and assign to Crossroads the exclusive right to use and authorize others to use said images, video, and audio recordings for promotional use. I understand that my image may be used, but my name or personal information will never be shared publicly without additional, separate consent.

Youth Ministry Covenant

Thank you for interest in serving as a ministry worker at Crossroads. We appreciate your willingness to take the time to fill out the application and consider serving. There are a few things we want to make sure we say up front about what we believe in as an organization.

Crossroads Church operates under biblical authority and recognizes the Bile as the ultimate source for truth and wisdom. We believe that all Scripture is inspired by God and gives us God’s requirements for leaders and those of influence in the church. Because of this, we ask that our ministry workers recognize what the Bible teaches regarding family and lifestyle choices. We are held accountable for every leader we approve to influence children, youth, and adults at Crossroads Community Church.

After praying and discussing the commitment involved with serving in Generation Ministry. I choose to commit to the following:

I am committed to growing and maturing in my relationship with God through quiet times, active attendance at church, and involvement in accountability

I am committed to living a lifestyle that is both godly and above reproach. I commit to making wise choices. I realize that my lifestyle and decisions are a model for our children and youth.

I understand the philosophy of this ministry and agree with it purpose and commit to shepherding the students that God brings to me. I commit to rejecting divisive behavior. I commit to bringing my disagreements, concerns, or problems about the ministry to the leadership (Ministry Leader, Coordinator, Elder, Pastor (in this order)) without talking or gossiping to children, youth other ministry workers, or church members.
