Planning Form Purpose
This Planning Form is designed to support both simple and complex projects or events by clearly outlining how the work will be carried out. The level of detail provided should match the complexity of the project, but sufficient detail is always expected to ensure clarity, accountability, and successful execution.
Projects may require one checkpoint or multiple checkpoints, depending on scope. Each checkpoint should clearly describe the tasks involved and who is responsible. This form remains editable at any time, allowing updates as plans evolve.
The Debrief section is completed after the project or event and is intended to capture lessons learned for future improvement.
If you have any questions about how to complete this form or what level of detail is appropriate, please contact your team leader for clarification before submitting. It will also be archived to provide a reference and guidance for future similiar projects.
